For using analytics to detect fraud, strengthen sales performance, and consistently deliver high-value insights to management.
🔹 Credit Monitoring & Overdue Risk Analysis (Cross-Functional Impact)
Developed a monthly Credit Monitoring Report using overdue history and repayment behavior analysis. This replaced manual account-by-account checking and enabled faster, more accurate decision-making. The report significantly supported both the Recovery and Credit Teams, improving risk evaluation, borrower assessment, and cross-functional coordination.
🔹 Operational App Development (AppSheet_No code Development)
Designed an AppSheet negotiation support tool that provides real-time repayment history and accurate customer information to field sales officers. This digital solution improved negotiation efficiency, reduced data access time, and enhanced overall sales operations.

Led a data quality improvement initiative that transformed inconsistent, fragmented datasets into accurate, reliable reporting sources. Before this initiative, many required data points were unavailable or incorrect; afterward, me and my team could deliver any data the management needed, consistently and accurately.

Performed deep data mining from 2016 to the present, uncovering trends in repayment behavior, product performance, and customer lifecycle patterns.
